How does your service work?
We provide you with a completely streamlined gifting process which includes: gift selection, gift-wrapping, card writing, and delivery. Our unique gifts, curated from independent designers, are sure to surprise and impress your gift recipient. Our team carefully wraps each gift in individualized gift-wrapping, and includes a hand-written note on white linen stationary (or leaves the card blank should you wish to write the note yourself). Our goal is to deliver the gift to you or the recipient in a couple hours after you place the order.


How do you price your gifts?
Every gift is offered at retail price. Because we don't rely on a physical location, like gift stores and boutiques, we are able to offer you our complete gifting services and the delivery costs without charging you additional fees.


What are your operating hours?
You can order a gift at any time 24/7. We deliver items same-day in NYC as long as you place your order before 6 PM Eastern Time.


How is my gift wrapped? 
Each gift is presented in the designer brand's packaging or in elegant unlabeled wrapping. Gifts look the same as if you bought them directly from a designer store or a small boutique.


Can you include a message with my gift? 
We certainly can. You will have the opportunity to provide us with your personal message upon checking out. If not, you will receive an elegant blank card with your gift so you can write in your own message.


Can I order a gift for delivery outside of Manhattan? 
Yes you can! We offer same-day delivery service in Manhattan, parts of Brooklyn and Queens. Please call, text, or email our customer service if you have a special shipping request. We will try to accommodate you in the best way possible whether your gift is staying in the NY area, going out of state, or out of the country.


How much is shipping? 
Shipping is always free.


What is your return policy?  
We offer free returns. You may return an undamaged and unworn product with tags still attached up to 7 days after it was purchased. If you wish to make a return, please text or call our customer service, and we will coordinate a pick up free of charge.
